My name is Karen Green and I was born in Tallahassee, Florida. I have traveled a good bit but have yet to find an area that I would consider relocating to. I feel that Tallahassee is a great place to raise a family, make lasting friendships, and grow old in! I have seen first hand a tremendous amount of growth but at the same time, Tallahassee continues to have the "small town" feel.
I was a "stay at home" mom when my children were small, but I always knew I wanted to help people in a service capacity. I received my certification to be a Personal Fitness Trainer after my children started school and enjoyed that for a couple of years. My children's father and I built and sold several homes during our marriage and it was during those times that I felt the most satisfaction and thus the Real Estate bug was formed! I absolutely love helping families with one of their "life defining moments". Be it selling their existing home, relocating here, purchasing a property for their child while at FSU or first time homebuyers, I love it all! I have been told that my enthusiasm is contagious; I see absolutely no reason that the home buying or selling process cannot be fun too! A home is one of the biggest investments most people will make and it is always an honor to be trusted in assisting the transaction.
